The Marketing/PR/Social Media Committee advises & assists the Parish Communications Office with the consistent communication of the Parish's mission and key messages to parishioners and the community at large. This is accomplished through the development & execution of the communications strategy for the Parish, managing all social and digital communication channels and the design of print communications & graphics.

MULTIMEDIA/ PARISH BROADCASTING

The Multimedia & Parish Broadcasting Committee are the “Digital Storytellers” for St. Michael. They capture the key moments & memories of Parish & school life, activities, and events and share these with the Parish community (through the parish newsletter, website, displays, and albums). 

Committee members also facilitate the video and audio recording of liturgies & special events at St. Michael Parish, build and manage the digital library and are responsible for editing images and videos for the web, social media, and revenue generating opportunities.


INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (I.T.)

Responsibilities include supporting and coordinating the management and use of computer systems, networks, telephony, audio and video across the entire Parish campus. Provides recommendations to parish leadership in planning, hardware acquisition, software systems, management of all systems, and establishing policies and procedures.
